Our sole purpose is to help you achieve your goals & celebrate your success.  Do you want to build a stronger program, organization or event?  We want to learn about your needs and desires and then build a plan to get you there.  We are creative in our approach and respectful of your needs.  We believe that our success is based on yours, so we will do what it takes to get you to the finish line.  

Brian Blahnik served as the Director of Wisconsin's largest and most successful AmeriCorps National Service program for 21 years.  During this time, he lead a team that managed (45) federal grants that provided $51 million in support to communities across Wisconsin.  This team consisted of over 1,070 members that served nonprofit's, Tribal Nations, and government agencies across Wisconsin.  Brian is also a certified Community Health Worker (CHW) & Intervention Specialist.

We will pull the wagon for you.  We work hard to solve your challenges, update your programs and operations, and make things better for you and your organization.  We don't use fancy algorithms or programs, instead we listen to your needs, work with you to process new ideas, and create solutions that are manageable and successful.  We can even help you design your service gear and place an order, right from this website!
